"It doesn't serve consumers because it restricts the number of products available for them to purchase," he said. "In the enterprise space, companies want to know what kind of devices executives will be bringing in and uncertainty is hard to manage. "The iPad has made massive inroads into the corporate world so maintaining the status quo plays into Apple's hands."
