Whiteboard Sessions

We recently ran a whiteboard session with IBRS advisor Antony Stinziani to assist with our approach to corporate service centre consolidation. We really appreciated his approach that has helped to validate our way forward. Antony brought his depth of being a CIO at several large and complex federal and local agencies into the session.
